launch a pickleheart community
Right now, you are the switchboard. Every “are the courts busy?”, every RSVP, every new player who doesn’t know anyone yet — all of it runs through you.
Pickleheart gives your community a home that keeps running when you put your phone down. Your page, your chat, your events, your players — built for you by Pickleheart AI, in one place. Free, always.
launch in an hour
Tell Pickleheart AI about your community and it drafts everything. You approve each piece.
what you get out of it
-
All of it in one place
One login for your page, chat, events, roster, shop and donations — instead of six tools that do not talk to each other.
-
Built by AI, run by you
Pickleheart AI drafts the whole thing from a description. Designed for anyone to run, however tech savvy they are or are not.
-
Know who is in your community
Names, phone numbers and emails for your players — yours to reach, not locked inside someone else’s group chat.
-
See your regulars
When players choose to share their check-ins, you can see who turns up week after week.
-
Looked after for doing it
Discounts and incentives on paddles for you and the volunteers who help you run it.
non-profit, player-first
Pickleheart never charges your community. Our non-profit runs on product sales and small processing fees: when you collect money through Pickleheart, we earn a little bit.
